Food for prevention of liver cancer

1.Milk, yogurt
According to a Cornell University study, if you eat dairy products every day, including milk and yogurt, your risk of developing liver cancer will be reduced by 80% under the control of alcohol consumption. Milk is rich in calcium and vitamin D, which can be combined with carcinogens in the intestine to remove harmful substances, so milk and yogurt have a preventive effect on liver cancer. In addition, yogurt contains lactic acid bacteria, which can inhibit and kill intestinal spoilage bacteria, reduce toxic substances in the intestine, and inhibit the growth of liver cancer cells.

2.Black tea and green tea
Tea polyphenols in tea can bind with carcinogens to decompose and reduce the activity of carcinogens and inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Black tea and green tea are all anti-cancer drinks, which can prevent liver cancer by drinking them in a timely and appropriate amount.

3.Food Containing Selenium
Selenium has selective killing and inhibiting effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cells, but has no obvious effect on normal hepatocytes. The ability to store selenium in human body is very weak, so we need to eat foods with high selenium content regularly to get enough selenium. Selenium in mushrooms, goose eggs, duck eggs and eggs is not only abundant, but also easily absorbed by human body. Therefore, eating more of these foods can prevent liver cancer.

4.Vegetables Containing Carotene
Vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers and so on, which can protect the liver. Some green vegetables are rich in carotene, which can prevent liver cancer, such as tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, etc. Therefore, we can eat some properly, but also pay attention to a balanced diet.
